Save The Pandas

Having heard about pandas being one of the endangered species in the news tonight, I can't help but write about them!
According to the World Wildlife China "It is estimated that as few as 1,000-odd pandas remain in the wild today." Their species begin to decline because of certain reasons as stated again in their website:
Explosive population growth and unsustainable use of natural resources are causing habitat for wildlife to vanish.
More specifically, there are other several factors that causes their population to lessen.
Compounding these unrelenting pressures are a host of other impediments to giant panda conservation, such as habitat degeneration and fragmentation due to human activities, poaching, poor local communities who rely on natural resrouces for their livelihood, and a lack of equipment and facilities for patrolling.
Due to our never-ending industrialization process as well as the commercialization of lands, those that suffer are not only our natural resources but the living creatures such as animals as well. These animals, especially those that are endangered, are declining in number not only because of us leading to the destruction of their habitats but due to our uncontrollable desire of wanting more, especially when we can gain benefits from these animals such as food, clothing, profit and other material things that can suit our needs. Now, it is time for us to be mindful of what we do and to control our never-ending desires and help save the pandas from becoming extinct. Learning about their endangerment is one thing. What you can also do is to volunteer in WWF's programs and help pandas existence to last longer in order for future generations to get to know these animals and enjoy the sight of them.

Love me? Save me!
P.S.
I'm not associated with WWF but I would like to spread awareness that most of our beloved animals are becoming a part of our endangered species' list. Not only should we save pandas but other endangered animals as well. We should be more aware of their conditions and be able to do the necessary action in order to save these species that our Creator has made for us to protect and it is our duty to do so.
